What "fractional" means
A fractional executive is a senior leader who works with your business part-time, usually a set number of days each month. You get the experience in the room, minus the full-time cost.
The two roles
Fractional COO (operations)

- Getting clear on who does what, by when, and how you'll know it's working
- Getting the business ready to grow, or to sell
Fractional CMO (marketing)
- Setting the marketing strategy and budget

Who you'd be working with
Mel Murat has co-founded two businesses, ran both as COO, and sold both. Before that she spent more than fifteen years leading marketing for global brands.
