Ownership: When it's finished, the site is yours. We hand over the files and you can host them anywhere, even if you never use our care plan.
Ready for launch 48 hours from your deposit
Once your deposit comes through, we build and check your site, and it's ready to launch within 48 hours. If you already have a domain, you give us access and we point it at the new site. Domain changes can take a little while to update across the internet, and that part's out of our hands. That's why we say ready rather than live.
How it works
How it works
- Tell us about your business. Fill in a short form or have a quick chat with us, and send your logo, services and anything you'd like said.
- Pay a 25% deposit. That's when the 48 hours start.
- Check your site. We send it to you ready to launch. One round of changes is included.
- Go live. We point your domain at it and hand over the files, and the balance is due on delivery.

You can pay for your website in instalments over six weeks.*
- Paying by instalments costs 15% more in total than paying up front: $1,897.50 including GST ($1,725 + GST), instead of $1,650
- A deposit of $474.39, then three payments of $474.37, one a fortnight apart
- Payments are taken automatically from a card on file
- Your website goes live when it's ready, and the files and domain are handed over to you once the final payment clears
- If a payment fails, we'll get in touch before anything changes. Your site won't be taken down without us talking to you first.

If you'd rather not deal with hosting and updates yourself, we can look after it for you. The plan covers:
- hosting and your domain, kept running, secure and backed up
- updates when something changes, like new photos, new opening hours, a promotion or a new staff member
- uptime and security monitoring
- a reply on the same day you send a request
You can cancel any time, and you keep your website either way.
If you don't have a domain and we buy or manage one for you, you'll need the care plan while we look after it.

Bigger websites and online stores
If you need more than a one-page site, we build multi-page websites and online stores too, including sites that connect to the systems you already use, like Shopify, your CRM, your inventory or accounting, or an ERP such as SAP. We'll scope it with you and give you a fixed quote before we start.
Mel built Häfele Australia's first business-to-business online store (more than 60,000 products, connected to the company's ERP), and a new website and online store for Sheppard Cycles that was fully integrated with SAP and live within a six-month contract.
Common questions
Is it really $1,500?
Yes, $1,500 plus GST, so $1,650 in total. That covers everything in the "What you get" list. If you want anything extra, we'll quote it before we start, and we won't add anything to your bill later.
How can you do it for that price when agencies charge more?
We start from foundations we've already built and tested, and our AI agents do a lot of the groundwork. Mel still reviews every step. So you're paying for a finished, professional website, not for the hours it used to take to make one.
How do I pay?
A 25% deposit to start, and the rest when we deliver. You can also pay in instalments: the deposit, then three payments a fortnight apart. See Payment plans above for exactly how it works. Paying this way costs 15% more overall, and the files and domain are handed over to you once the last payment clears.
What does "ready for launch in 48 hours" mean?
Your site will be built, checked and ready to go live within 48 hours of your deposit. Going live also depends on your domain settings updating, which can take a little time, so we promise it'll be ready rather than live.
Do I own the website?
Yes. We give you the files, and you can host them wherever you like. You keep the site if you cancel the care plan.
Do I need the care plan?
No, it's optional, unless we buy or manage your domain for you. Without it, you can host the site yourself and either make changes yourself or ask us for a quote.
What isn't included?
Ongoing writing, original photography (we use licensed stock), managing your social media, and any guarantee about search rankings. Booking pages, e-commerce, email marketing setup and SEO setup are available as bolt-ons.
How many changes can I make?
One round of changes is included. After that, we quote any more changes as they come up, from a minimum of half an hour.
Will I rank on Google?
Nobody can honestly promise that. What we do is set your site up so search engines can read and understand it, which is where good rankings start.
Do you use AI?
Yes, and we're open about it. Our AI agents help with research, writing first drafts and building. A person checks and approves everything before you see it.
I don't have a domain. Can you help?
Yes, we can buy one for you. You'll just need to be on the care plan while we look after it.
What do I need to send you?
Your business name, logo, services, contact details and opening hours, plus links to your Google Business Profile and social pages. Send any photos you love, too.
