Website terms of use
Last updated: [date of publication]
These terms apply to your use of solmedia.com.au, which is run by Sol Media (ABN 46 930 759 486), Melbourne, Victoria. By using the site, you agree to them.
Information on this site
We work to keep everything on this site accurate and up to date. It's general information about our services, not advice for your particular situation. Examples, illustrations and design concepts are labelled as such, and they don't show real clients.
Prices, quotes and payment plans
Prices are in Australian dollars. Where we show a price plus GST, we also show the total including GST. Prices on this site describe our standard offers. The price that applies to your work is the one in your written quote or agreement, which you'll see before you commit to anything. Services shown as "price on application" are quoted individually. Payment plans are offered on the conditions set out on our Studio page and in your written agreement.
Our services
This website doesn't create a contract for services. Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.
Intellectual property
The content, design, text, graphics and logos on this site belong to Sol Media or are used with permission. You're welcome to view and share pages for personal or business reference, but please don't copy or republish our content without asking.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites, including our own product, Aureley. We're responsible for the content of those sites only where we run them.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from relying on general information on it. Where our liability can't be excluded but can be limited, it's limited to supplying the relevant service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
